This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application InstaFlow, available on the Google Play Store. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access or use the App.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. This information is necessary for account creation, authentication, and account management.
Profile Information: You may choose to provide additional information such as your display name and profile photo, which is stored in your account profile.

1.2 Information Automatically Collected

App Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features you use, content you generate, and actions you take within the App. This helps us improve the App's functionality and user experience.
Device Information: We may collect device-specific information such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Crash Reports and Logs: We automatically collect crash reports and error logs to help us identify and fix technical issues, improve app stability, and enhance performance. This includes information about app crashes, errors, and performance metrics.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Services

Firebase Authentication: When you sign in using email and password, authentication is handled by Google Firebase, which may collect authentication-related data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Play Services: If you make in-app purchases, Google Play processes your payment information. We do not collect or store your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Account Management: To create, maintain, and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and provide you with access to the App's features.
App Functionality: To provide, operate, and maintain the App's core features, including AI-powered content generation (captions, reel scripts, hashtags, content ideas), and to personalize your experience.

Important: We do not share your personal data (such as email address) directly with advertisers. Advertising is handled through Google AdMob, which uses anonymized data for ad targeting as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

4.1 Google Firebase

Firebase Authentication: Handles user authentication and account management. Data is processed according to Google's Privacy Policy.
Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports and error logs to help us improve app stability. This service is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Firebase Analytics: Provides analytics data about app usage and performance.

4.2 Google AdMob

4.3 Google Play Services

For in-app purchases and subscription management, we use Google Play Billing. Payment processing is handled by Google, and we do not collect or store your payment information.

5. Advertising

InstaFlow displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and other anonymized data to show you relevant ads. AdMob's use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's advertising settings:

Please note that opting out of personalized advertising does not eliminate ads from the App; you will still see advertisements, but they may be less relevant to your interests.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the App's services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7.1 Account Data

We retain your account information (email address, profile data) for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 7 business days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

7.2 Analytics and Crash Data

Analytics data and crash reports are retained for up to 90 days to help us improve the App. After this period, the data is automatically deleted or anonymized.

7.3 Requesting Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by sending an email to instaflow38@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My InstaFlow Account" and your registered email address. We will process your request and delete your data within 7 business days.

Important: Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We do not offer partial data deletion without deleting your entire account.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: You can access and review your account information through the App's profile settings.
Correction: You can update or correct your account information at any time through the App's settings.
Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at instaflow38@gmail.com.
Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's advertising settings as described in Section 5.
Uninstall: You can uninstall the App at any time from your device. Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete your account data; you must request account deletion separately.

9. Children's Privacy

InstaFlow is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at instaflow38@gmail.com, and we will delete such information from our systems.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
